Downloading the QCDB package

If you prefer to install your own QCDB database, please send an email to Benjamin Ribba (Benjamin.Ribba@recherche.univ-lyon1.fr).

Note that we also developped a generic version of this database that can be customize to any field related to mathematical modelling in biology. This generic package called QxDB has been presented in a scientific article: Ribba, B., P. Tracqui, et al. (2006). 'QxDB: a generic database to support mathematical modelling in biology'.
