To contribute to the QKDB database, you must be a scientist working in kidney research or a related field. If the site administrator can establish that this is the case based on the information you provide in the form below, s/he will send you, via email at the address you provide, a temporary password (which you should change the first time you login as a contributor). Otherwise, you may receive an email from the administrator requesting further information.

We trust you will understand that his procedure is necessary to ensure the quality of the contents of QKDB.

NB: You will be able to correct or modify this information once you are registered with the QKDB site.
